Be careful of zoning and planning to live in your RV on your own land. It’s very common for it to not be allowed or for there to be requirements on what you can and cannot do.
Just because others are doing it, does not mean it’s legal. It could be legal or it could be that they just haven’t been reported yet.
Most people will say it’s easier to ask for forgiveness than it is for permission and I agree with most things. This is one though, there is no appeal or changing of minds once someone complains and enforcement comes around. Once you’re reported, you have to move. This happens often.
