Yes! We didn’t do anything different in the RV than we did in our stick and bricks house when it came to a traditional Thanksgiving dinner and Christmas dinner.
In the RV, we would buy an electric roasting oven pan to use for Thanksgiving and Christmas and then would donate it after the holidays. We considered it just part of the cost of the meals.
We used the propane oven for everything from stuffing/filling to cookies. The trick to the propane oven is a pizza stone in the bottom to spread the heat out and an oven thermometer to know the true temperature (the knobs are wildly inaccurate).
Microwave for some frozen veggies. And stove top for the remainder.
